Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Transcend 4 GB Class 6 SDHC Flash Memory Card TS4GSDHC6Customer Review: 4 Gigs - Class 6 High Speed - Low Price! Summary: 5 Stars
This SD card works just fine in my Canon PowerShot SX100IS. I get 1117 shots at 8 megapixels, 1522 at 5MP, 2342 at 3MP, 3691 at 2MP, and over 9999 at .3MP. 6411 postcard & 1467 widescreen. Video shows 33 minutes 16 seconds at 640x480 30fps, 65 minutes 29 seconds on LP, and 92 minutes 16 seconds at 320x240 30fps. The camera shows the card as being 3.7 gigabytes in size after formating. As everyone else has mentioned, double check your device to make sure it can handle these newer SDHC cards. I also bought a Sandisk MicroMate SD/SDHC Memory Card Reader at Amazon, since my HP Deskjet won't recognize the newer SDHC cards. Works fine!
Customer Review: Card was defective on delivery Summary: 1 Stars
It is difficult to write a review for a product that did not work. At all. It was not recognized by my dSLR. Now what made a possibly bad situation worse, in this case, was the fact that this was a new dSLR, and I was trying it out for the first time. So I was not sure if it was the dSLR or the card that was defective. I therefore got an 8GB card from Circuit City (this was in 2008, before the bankruptcy) and tried it with the camera, where it worked, thereby ruling out a problem with the camera, much to my relief.
On the positive, Amazon was prompt in accepting the return and applying the credit to my card.
Customer Review: Too Fast! Summary: 4 Stars
I have mixed feelings about this card. It works exceptionally well in the devices that I purchased it for. It's incredibly speedy, and hasn't demonstrated any undesirable behaviors. Unfortunately, it's too fast for the internal card raeder in my Intel Dual Core PC. When inserted, it actually causes the system to hang repeatedly, as if there's a driver missing. This problem does not exist when I use a card reader, as the reader is slower than the internal reader. This brings me to the crux of my feelings towards this card: if I want to get the most out of this card, I'll have to upgrade my new PC!

Transcend 4GB SDHC CARD (SD 2.0 SPD Class 6)
I bought this card to use in my daughters' camera for their trip to Ireland. It worked perfectly. Just make sure to format the card before using it in the camera (this helps to make sure that you don't lose your pictures).
Also, you will need a newer card reader to read this SDHC card. The card reader on my HP Pavilion a735w desktop computer wouldn't recognize the card, but an inexpensive, standalone Targus card reader did the trick.
Customer Review: So-So Summary: 3 Stars
The card works fine while taking pictures, but for some reason when I put the actual card into the slot on the computer it won't read it & freezes the computer. Luckily no pictures were lost & we were able to use the USB cord for the camera to upload & save the pictures from the card, but after reading the negative reviews we're now worried it might eventually stop working all together & we'll lose our precious newborn baby's pictures! That would be devastating.. for now though it seems to be storing photos just fine, but I think we're going to purchase a Sandisc card to use for baby pictures.
