Customer Review: TDKs just aren't what the used to be.

My first set of TDKs were perfect. Not single coaster in a pack of 100. With this recent batch, I have burned 4 coasters in a row from the first four in the pack. I did a little checking and these CDs are made by Ricoh in India, whereas my first batch were made by Taiyo Yuden. I just orded a pack of Taiyo Yuden CD-Rs, because I'm pretty sure that they will work like my first batch of TDKs. I will never buy TDK again, as I can't be sure of the quality from one batch to the next.Customer Review: Better than acceptable.

I used TDK's CD-Rs a lot before the wide-spreaded of DVD-RW. TDK provides good quality of product, though always a little bit more expensive. This set of product is not in exception. After receiving this item, I felt free when using it, even though it is the era of DVD. I bought this product because I'm familiar with it and because of the good price from Amazon. I use these CDs to store text, recorded lectures, to test audio music levels, etc. I've had good success over the years with recorded music. I do use a better quality CDR esp. for archival reasons. These CDRs are a good all around CDR and serve my purpose well.Customer Review: Horrible!

I just bought a 100 pack, got home, tried to burn some music cds and my computer won't recognize that there is even a disk in the drive. I have used many other brands and never had this problem. I even downloaded new drivers for my cd drive and still nothing. What a complete waste of money. At least they were cheap so I didn't lose that much!Customer Review: TDK

The blank C.D's work great, no problem. When i received the package the case was broken. the top for it was cracked and chipped and the stand that holds the cds in place was snapped right off. Two of the cds were cracked so I had to throw them out and a few others were scratched... Next time package your items correctly.
