Customer Review: Perfect product if it worked....

I ordered this product because it had good reviews, it had free shipping, and most importantly the picture of the product made it appear that it was actually a 270 deg adaptor (with the 10 pin side up it will direct the cord up) which is what I needed since my A/V unit is below my other components and my media console is shallow. The product came pretty quickly but upon opening I realized it was reverse of the picture, it was a 90 deg adaptor as labeled but then why is the picture wrong? Other reviews lead me to believe that it would send my cords up as well. Anyway, I was able to receive a refund very quickly and they didn't request a return on the product. I went ahead and tested them out since I had them. Of the four I received only one actually worked. Two sent no signal through and one sent only static. It was really a shame because these adaptors are very low profile so they are good for when you have a shallow console. Compared to another adaptor they were at least half an inch shorter. This product does its job very well when it works and the customer service was excellent.
