so far all the experience with this board has been great except for a little coffee spill and it shut it down, so keep drinks on another table..lol.
i have the doom3 keyset and i love it! my hand doesnt cramp as the keys are spaced and after you memorize the keys its easy to use in the dark.
also it helps on splinter cell chaos theory/star wars battlefronts that have alot of commands to set up. you just select key layouts and click the correct one and its totally set up!. then just go into the ideazon folder and all the keyset layouts pics are in there, print the one you want to use and memeorize the keys.
i find it really responsive, the keys press good and it has alot of other functions that are sweet to use. so i recommend this board fully

This is a great computer addition for gamers everywhere. Although the key layout does take a little getting used to, your fingers will appreciate not being numb from game play. It is a great feature to be able to save websites, my computer, and other applications on the simple-to-use keysets. I love the USB port where I can plug my joystick in easily for game use. I highly recommend this product if you are a moderate gamer or are in need of a new keyboard.
UPDATE: Keyboard is still going strong and holding up well. The USB ports are still working well and the key board shows no signs of wearing out. The keyboard layouts are changed all the time and my initial worries about the locking tabs breaking off have been unfounded. Excellent product!

Excellent keyboard. Has a bit of a learning curve, especially when typing with the gaming keyset. Customizable key bindings are great, particularly if you decide not to buy the game specific keyset for your games. ZBoard website has preconfigured keysets for the default gaming kedpad, but unfortunately World of Warcraft is not available. Instruction manual is well written and thorough. Few tips:
Install the keyboard before loading the software.
Do not load the drivers from the CDRom, download the latest software/drivers from ZBoard.com.
Lastly..beware of Amazons SuperSaver shipping..it took my ZBoard a full 15 days to arrive. Mostly likely attributable to the USPS forced upon us by Amazon.

I bought this keyboard with very high expectations, because I play a lot of FPS's. While the keyboard design is very ergonomic and innovative, I found it very difficult at first to adjust my play. I kept fumbling a few keys at very critical moments. Once I got used to the layout I am finding it much more comfortable, but it still very hard to kill your keystroke instincts. I also play a lot of world of warcraft. I also bought the special WOW keyset. This keyset really is great. It has everything you need for WOW. The other nice thing about this keyboard is that the different keysets lift easily out of the frame to adjust from the regular typing keyboard to the gaming keyset. I cannot overstate how disappointed I was with this keyboard. I purchased the USB version, and immediately ran into problems. No matter how many times I updated the driver and reinstalled the software, the keyboard simply refused to work.
Ideazon's tech support is simply abysmal. This is a company that DOES NOT list their phone number anywhere on their website or within their literature. They do not want to talk to you. All their tech support is done via e-mail, which is inherently slow, inefficient, and ultimately pointless.
To sum up, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I am packing it up in the box it came in and shipping it back to Amazon tomorrow. What a let-down!
