My son REALLY REALLY wanted this gaming keyboard and was very excited when it arrived.... However, the one thing they do not mention in their notes is that this keyboard is NOT compatible with all gaming systems.... Customer support for this product was slow as well, (need to send an email and wait for a reply), too long! I can say the product looked nice and arrived promptly and safely, but we never got to use it! Actually it's all backed up and ready to go back!Customer Review: No Warranty or Customer Support

I purchased an WoW addon and worked for about two weeks. It then completely crapped out. My PC's keyboard becomes non-functional as soon as the WoW keyset is inserted. Support does not publish a telephone and is accessible via the web only. They have completely ignored repeated requests for assistance. They have not even responded with an acknowledgment to my requests. I would not recommend a Ideazon product to anyone. If it ever breaks, you are simply screwed.Customer Review: Zboard

This Product Rocks!! It not helps you game but has many key layouts that can define how you play as well as how you interact with other players. This product comes with a general key layout for typing like a standard keyboard and a general online key layout. You can also get key layouts designed for the game you play. Its easy to install and can be used right away. This is the best keyboard system I have ever bought. I couldn't ask for anything better.Customer Review: Good for gaming...but

My only real gripe is when I have the Gaming keyset in, when I type the "N" button produces the letter "O". I've updated the software many times but still this issue persists. So whenever I try to communicate in the game its very frustrating because it looks like this; "Oice shot dude" or "He's io the buildiog" or "Are you cheatiog" it drives me nuts. Needless to say whenevever I am surfing the net I immediately have to switch to the normal keyset.Customer Review: Fantastic Gaming Keyboard!!!

Awesome Keyboard for all gamers. Not only does it come with 2 key sets it also has 2 USB ports. I just hope they keep up with the latest and greatest games. It may not work with Windows 98 but if you are still using 98 please join the rest of us in the new millenium and upgrade your OS. For $40 this is a great deal especially considering other keyboards of high caliber are twice as much. And there is no other keyboard like the Z-board.
