Customer Review: fun and easy to use, but a little difficult to set up

Overall, this keyboard is great. The software is easy to use, and it doesn't take that much effort to become comfortable with the layout. Ideazon also lets you download key setups for several games which is nice.
It was a little difficult to install the drivers. Don't waste your time using the cd that comes with it, you'll just end up wasting a couple of restarts uninstalling it and downloading the latest version from [...]. Other than that, it is worth the money. I'd buy it again if I had to do it over.

Awesome keyboard! If your a serious gamer this is for you. Very easy to clean. I accidently spilled some soda on the key board. I was able to remove the game set, poped the keys and clean them. I was also able to wipe down the base. I had some issues with key malfunctions (3 times total) after key set change, but all I did to correct this problem is I removed the key set and placed another on the base. Then I removed it and placed the original keyset back on and it seemed to reset it. I am very pleased with it.Customer Review: Wicked!!!

The ZBoard is the next best thing to having a voice activated keyboard that writes for you. Its great for anything you want to do. If your a gamer, get this keyboard, it has changeable keypads for all the best new games and it helps a lot! If your new or experienced this is a great keyboard. And the best part is, it works for typing as well. The ZBoard has a layout specifically . designed for typing AND searching on the web so it's good for everyone not just hardcore gamers. I love this keyboard.

This is a very worth while product. Very slick key sets. The paint is startinting to wear on some of the well used keys but the unit itself works flawlessly. I also bought a Razor Copper Head mouse that did not play well with this keyboard. I suspect a driver issue, but removed the mouse and everything works normally now. The mouse went to another machine. Go to the web site and download the latest drivers and you'll be just fine. Good investment, if you play shooters you'll love this keyboard.Customer Review: Good idea - bad product

After eleven months, the "N" key stopped working. Reinstalling the software never solved the problem. Tech Support is limited to EMAIL ONLY, which was super poor quality and totally useless. Even though the keyboard is under warranty, I could never get Tech Support to agree to a RMA. At this point I've switched to a wireless keyboard and mouse. I wish I had done this earlier because I would have saved money and not lost hours corresponding to a company that just wants your money. :-(
