HDMI cables worked great. I used them on my DVD and Xbox360. I had bought another cable before finding StarTech.com products paying 60$ for a HDMI cable. I could see no differnce between the 60$ cable and the ones I purchased from StarTech.com.
And of course I run a Dennon Receiver that converts my XBOX360 to 1080P. So the cables past my 1080p test.
I will be purchasing more.

After a visit to my local R@dio Shack - and being horrified at the prices being charged for HDMI cables, I quickly logged on to Amazon, and found these reasonably priced cables.
They are doing a bang-up job, and at literally 1/5th the price the other store wanted for cables of the same length.
Do yourseld a favor and buy these cables, and don't darken the door of that other store (at least for cables!).

After looking at the popular Big Box retail stores for HDMI cords and seeing their pricing I checked Amazon. I have made 90% of my technology purchases with Amazon ever since. The cable was a tenth of the price of shorter cables offered. The cable works great, clear picture and sound conversion. This product is a case of reality actually meeting expectations. I plugged in the cable and it worked. The length and quality add value as well. Spending more than this on an hdmi cable for regular use doesn't make sense.Customer Review: great cable

as a home theater buff i would personally recommend this, nice long cable for pretty cheap. NEVER EVER buy a hdmi cable out of a electronic store chain unless you want to pay 5 to 6 times what the cable is worth
