Customer Review: Horrible quality

I didn't have high expectations for the product to begin with, but the quality of the product was worse than I imagined. The remote doesn't work unless you are about 6 inches away (which defeats the purpose of the remote), the buttons on the remote don't do what they are supposed to (pressing "volume down" turns the music up about 20 notches), and, when the radio is working (most of the time it doesn't pick up any station, and I am in the middle of a large city), the radio station reverts back to a "default" static station after turning the device off and on again. You would expect these "standard" things to work on this product but they do not. While this was not the most expensive of these types of products out there, it certainly wasn't the cheapest either, which makes it a bad buy in my book.
