Customer Review: Remote will not work for LED color change cube

This remote may work well for the other iHome systems;however, we bought it because it was recommended on the website that it was frequently bought with the iHome LED color changing cube. When we tried it, it wouldn't work. I called the iHome customer support center and they claimed that there is not a remote for the iHome LED color changing system. So I am going to return it for a refund. I cannot review the remote's capabilities since it wouldn't work for this iHome we have. I just wanted to let others know that they shouldn't buy any remote for the LED iHome color changing cube because there really isn't a remote for it.Customer Review: This cute little remote works good for me!

I use this remote in my bedroom with my Ihome docking station/alarm clock IH4P and it works great. I can play my Ipod with a touch of the button, change the song or adjust the volume. The snooze button on my remote is used to adjust the background base.
When you have to change the battery make sure it is a cr2032 or 3v and that the logo of the button battery facing towards the bottom of the remote. The battery used in the remote is the same as the backup clock used in the Ihome product so I suggest buying a few sets so you won't have to worry about your alarm or remote going out. Enjoy!

This product was advertised as being compatible with the ihome cube which i bought not too long ago. These remote controls ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE IHOME CUBE. I cannot give an honest review of this product as it did not work with the latter. If it had i would have loved to have a remote control for the cube. The seller refunded my money, although i wish they had refunded my postage too, but o well. Not much to say really, this product does not work with the ihome cube....Gave it one star so i could publish this review otherwise i would not have been able to publish this.Customer Review: Very useful

I think this is a really useful product, because you don't have to be near the Ihome to use it's volume control, "on and off" button, radio and stuff. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the remote controls the ipod only when it's directly connected to the Ihome (it doesn't do anything to the ipod, if it's connected by the cable), so sometimes you just end up using it to turn on and off or for the volume...
But I can't say it's a bad product, 'cause it helps me a lot, specially when I'm in bed and don't want to get up.
I recommend.

For those of you with ihomes that you have sitting far away from your bedside or other central point in a room, this is a much-needed accessory. Though it should definitely be included with the standard ihome package, and it is pricy considering it is not included, it still greatly increases the versatility of the ihome. button placement is questionable (on the top there is power and play/pause then underneath it is forward/back AND THEN there is volume.), but the ability to change the song, volume, radio, and light settings make it worthwhile.
