I bought this steamer 2 months ago and now it doesn't heat up at all. I have a store and it really turned out to be a huge inconvenience. From the beginning too had issues. It would be very spotty hot and then cold. Then it completely stopped working. Buy a different steamer!!!! Customer Review: Fire Hazard

I didn't know what to expect given that this steamer was priced so significantly below MSRP. Plus, a lot of the reviews for similar products (even with more well-known brands) seemed commensurate with this one. Well, I have been blown away with this steamer! I've tried every material, from cashmere to cotton T's to heavy, opaque wool curtains -- the steamer does a flawless, lasting job. Not to mention the huge savings from my dry cleaner! VERY powerful steam flow, but safe and accurate design. You won't regret this purchase-high quality, GREAT value, easy use!Customer Review: Lasted 6 months, no warranty

Great while it lasted, but broke down after 6 months. It would turn on, steam 1 shirt, then the steamer would auto shut off. I think the auto shut off mechanism was getting tripped prematurely. In any case, I contacted the seller, who informed me that this product only has a 30 DAY warranty, and that therefore they could not replace it. You can buy a very similar product for $60 with a 2-year limited warranty here on Amazon, so I don't know why you'd gamble on this product instead. Again, it's great while it lasts, but probably not worth the gamble given the inadequate warranty and customer service.Customer Review: dont count on it for a long haul

I have used this product for 2 years, I use it once a week, probably 10 dress shirts a week. It stopped working after 2 years. It worked well during that time, but I had hoped to get more use of it. I will try a different brand of steamer.
