Customer Review: Terrible Quality and Painful!

I've had these Skull Candy ear buds for about 6 months now. One ear bud stopped working completely after a few months of use. But that's not the worst of it: When I run with these plugged into my iPod, these ear buds shock my ears! Like little electric shocks, every 2 minutes or so. It's somewhat painful, mostly just very uncofmortable, and only happens when I'm moving quite a bit. I called the company twice to let them know this happens, because it seems dangerous, and I've never received a response. Terrible customer service.
