The main drawback with this headset, is that when you have the windscreen on, you look like an AT&T operator. Other than that, this is the best headset I've ever had. It's wonderful for the price.
There is no need for any fancy noise cancelling because of the TRUE in-ear earbud that cancels the noise for you. The windscreen allowed me to ride my bike while talking to my girlfriend on the phone (for testing purposes), she didn't know that I was riding. I was very impressed.
