These are excellent headphones, both in construction quality and sound quality. They are comfortable for long sessions, and the tonal quality and dynamic range are impressive. The earpieces set on the ear, not around them, but are very comfortable. The noise-cancelling feature works very well; those listening on internet chat say the sound quality is excellent, with no static or stray noises.
My first pair had a defective microphone, Amazon replaced it within two days with a fine working replacement.
The microphone is not powered and my Intel Mac requires a powered microphone in the Mic Input jackslot. I had to acquire a USB adaptor, but then it worked perfectly. These do not come with a USB plug, only mini-jacks.
All in all I am very satisfied with these and would highly recommend them.

Adquirí los audífonos Sennheiser para mi hijo quien acostumbra comunicarse con sus amigos en la WEB.
Lamentablemente la unidad que recibí resultó defectuosa. Al conectar el micrófono se perdía el sonido en uno de los auriculares.
Ante los costos que suponía retornar el producto desde Colombia, optamos por desarmar el componente donde se controla el volumen y se silencia el micrófono y encontramos que el pequeño circuito impreso tenía un corto. Desconectamos el cable afectado y soldando una extensión nos saltamos el circuito impreso y el problema se resolvió.
La fábrica debería realizar mejores pruebas para garantizar la calidad de estos productos antes de despacharlos al consumidor.

I bought this headset expecting it to have circumaural ear cups (go around your ear), but instead they are the type of ear pads that sit on your ear. They feel pretty good, but are a problem for extended gaming as my ears start to hurt eventually (even worse if you wear glasses).
Sound quality is good, the mic is excellent as well, and the inline volume control / mute functions fine. The mute does make a small "pop" when flipped that sometimes makes people think we've been disconnected, but isn't very loud.
The headband is comfortable, but the adjustment is just plastic sliding on plastic, so eventually it wears down and doesn't hold adjustment very well.
Overall I would buy them again if it wasn't for the design of the ear cups, I much prefer a circumaural design.

I was looking for a decent headphone/microphone to create decent quality video lessons at work. I looked around and found these and purchased them after reading so many good reviews. These headphones are amongst the best I have ever heard, especially at this price range. The microphone does a great job as well. Now they double as my lunchtime entertainment, listening to my favorite music. I have a very large head, and with them adjusted all the way out, they fit just fine and are very comfortable. Now they don't see everyday use, but they have held up very well. They are at least a year old now and you would never know it to see them. I am about ready to buy a second pair for home and church sound booth use. If you are on the fence, get off the fence and just buy them, you will not be sorry.Customer Review: Great sound, but uncomfortable

The sound that comes out of these headphones are great. Nice and crisp highs, and a decent enough amount of bass. The cord is nice and long, which is very convenient if your computer case sits on the floor, and doesn't have front mic and headphone ports.
My main gripe about these headphones is that they will hurt your ears after a while. The cups are small, so they will smush your outer earlobe. If you only plan to wear these for about a 1/2 hour at a time, it shouldn't be bad. but if you like to game for extended periods of time, or even just sit at the computer with headphones to listen to music or watch a movie, it gets a little irritating.
They are priced very well, and the microphone quality is great. i like the in-line mic mute and volume control on the cable.
