Less than month ,Battery was getting die about 2 hour....
I sent unit to Sennheiser Canada to check my unit.
About tree weeks I didn't get any response or confirmation from them.
Then I called them, They sail "it is just battery, I placed order new battery"
Another three weeks, no response....
Then I called again, They said" I am still waiting battery from Germany and don't know
how long it takes"
Guy was not friendly at all....
It is getting almost 2 month to replace battery.
It seems good service in US but Canada.
I already got new headphone of course not Sennheiser.

the literature is joke. the packaging cost hundreds, as it took 15 minutes to just get box open...
400 dollar headphones that collect dust,as the units DECIDE when they feel like connecting to base and actually reproducing sound...
...so, i have a 5 star mark for sound, as ive actually heard sound 4 times since i wasted my hard earned money on them, and im trying to remember, but i was so happy they actually worked, that the actual sound quality was somewhat irrelevant, at that point...
go spend your money on a fun night out...keep the memories longer than you will want to remember getting completely ripped off...

I was excited that there was a truly wireless headphone set available, but definately dissapointed with it's operation. The headphones must be in clear view of the reciever, otherwise, they do not work. It's great that the headphones fit snuggly in your ear, if you want to run, but you'll have to hold your device up to your ear in order for the signal to work. For over $400, these were a waste of money. Don't forget, if you return, you'll be charged a 25% restocking fee and a $20 sanitizing fee. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you purchased this item. Don't return it like I did, I would have been better off re-selling them on Ebay. Be warned, this product SUCKS!Customer Review: Amazing sound

The sound coming out of these things is phenomenal. The setup is not as critical as the manual might lead one to believe. I use them mostly with my iPhone which I simply tuck in my shirt pocket. The band holding the transmitter to the iPhone sometimes interferes with the iPhone touch screen. The only major problem I have is adjusting the twist-to-fit for a snug fit. The bass suffers if you can't get them snug on your ears, which I can't seem to do. If I push in on them with my finger the bass is really strong. The retail price is really steep, but I was able to find them for more than $150 less than here.Customer Review: if your headphones lose their pairing..

1) dock the earphones into the charging station
2) turn the transmitter off
3) remove the earphones and immediately press and hold the receiver's button for 7 seconds...the LED will blink blue rapidly (about 2x per second)
4) then, press and hold the transmitter's button for approximately 7 seconds...the LED will blink blue rapidly (about 2x per second)
5) after a few seconds, the blinking lights will synchronize and then turn off
6) the unit should be functional, as the earphones and transmitter are now "associated"
