Customer Review: The Mounts Are Probably Fine But Be Careful Who You Buy From.

I don't usually comment about anything but the product (the product looks fine) but - I will never buy from ANTOnline again. I tried to cancel my order about 30 minutes after purchasing the adapter on a Saturday night because I found another mount that would work better for me and did not need an adapter but I couldn't cancel it. I called Amazon on Sunday they couldn't cancel the order either. I finally looked on ANTOnline's website thinking maybe I could contact them directly but they were only taking calls Mon -Fri. However at the website, under returns it says that an item is already in the system the moment you purchase it and can't be canceled. My order was not sent out until Tuesday. All ANTOnline products should come with a warning: "Order Can't be Canceled". Once you purchase an item consider it yours even if you change your mind one minute later. I could not find any warnings of ANTOnline's policy on Amazon. There is a 15% re-stocking fee (even for an unopened box) and you pay shipping both ways. Why bother returning? You're stuck.
