I purchased this product for the big meeting room in my office. I have had it for about 2 months. The HD sound is very good. I like the equalization presets which, unlike other presets on other radios I have, is not heavy on the bass. I like a sharp, clean sound with no excessive bass rumble so prevalent in most radio and TV programs. One of the reviews stated that the remote is absolutely necessary to operate the controls. The large knob is a selector switch as well as a volume knob. The only thing I cannot do from the radio but only from the remote is the "mute" function.
The sound is clear and is responsive in locating HD signals rapidly. The wood veneer looks good in an office meeting room. I would recommend this radio.
