I purchased two more of these units. One for my sister and one for my daughter. Both have had no trouble and they work fine. I don't use the one touch option, my wife doesn't, my sister doesn't and neither do either of my daughters. We all just by passed that option since none of us are into computers that much. We just needed a simple device to get photos from memory cards to "My Pictures" on our computers. Highly recommended product.Customer Review: Ordered wrong

I unfortunately ordered the wrong product. I have a version of this that reads CF cards and assumed this version which reads more than one type of card would also read CF cards. My fault for not reading the fine print. The good news is that Jowow was willing to take back the items even though I had opened one package. I am very pleased with the service but disappointed I can't seem to find a SanDisk reader like this for CF cards.Customer Review: Great product.

This card reader is great. I originally looked for a reader that can read XD card and I found this one. This reader not only read XD but also SD and three other types that I do not use since I do not have them. It read fast and also it has its own software program that automatically popup when you plug this reader to the computer. So you can use regular window popup to read your card or the software that comes with it.Customer Review: Works great on an iMac

I have an older iMac G5 running Mac OS X 10.4.8. The ImageMate 5-in-1 worked fine right out of the box. Just plug it in, insert your card (I used either an SD or an xD) and the Finder mounts it fine. I have another card reader from Olympus which didn't work on the Mac, so I really appreciate the SanDisk! My only wish is that it supported CF cards also since I just recently bought a new camera which has a CF card.Customer Review: great reader

This thing works great. Very easy to install and does a great job of transferring digital audo files from a digital recorder. The only issue I have is that I wish there was a way to keep it from popping up the download menu when you stick in a card. My wife uses the Olympus DS software to bring in the files and it just adds a step when she has to click out of the Sandisk menu but overall it does a great job.
