Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Sandisk 8GB Cruzer Titanium USB 2.0 Flash Drive (SDCZ7-8192-A11, Retail Package)Customer Review: Yet another GREAT product! Summary: 5 StarsSanDisk has done it again... created yet another great flash drive! Fairly good capacity, speed is not as fast as some of their other available flash drives. Though it may not be as fast, it is crush resistant to about 2000 pounds, so even for the "accident prone" it's the perfect model.
Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fairly large, high end flash drive...
Customer Review: Sandisk 8GB Summary: 5 StarsI purchased the Sandisk 8GB Cruzer several weeks ago and use it weekly. My experience with it has been very positive. I have mixed feelings about the U3 that is included. I have deleted most of the programs and select from PortableApps listing. Otherwise, the product work as advertised.
Customer Review: Durable Summary: 5 StarsI've owned the 4GB version for a very long time now and it hasn't skipped a beat and remains as durable as anything. Now with the 8GB version I have double the capacity with the same metal case. Static shock does not affect this drive as I've tested it repeatedly in the past to disprove the theory that the metal casing conducts electricity to the chip(s). If you want something you can keep in your pocket with your keys then this is the drive for you. I just wish it was in the 16GB flavor :/
Btw Sandisk has a free app on their site so you can remove the pre-insntalled U3 junk if you never plan on using it.
Customer Review: Great drive Summary: 5 StarsUpgrading from a 4GB. This cost more, but are more rugged than standard drives. Worth the money. Haven't had a Scandisk die yet.
Customer Review: Great Drive Summary: 5 StarsGreat drive I have owned 4 of these 512mb/2gig/4gig/8gig, all still work. These are great drives that hold up. I broke lost every thumb drive I had until I started using the titanium drives.
Fast performance as well, best drive you can get hands down.
Con, a bit more pricey, but since its hard to loose or break its worth it.
