As one of the only Class 4 16 gigabyte microSDHC cards available there really is nothing in its class against which to compare it. I use this in a mobile phone without incident. No loss of data, no garbled data.
I store movies, pdf files, map files, audio files, symbian games, java games, themes, camera images, video clips. All transfer very quickly. Three movies I downloaded from Amazon.com, hours of music, various other files and the phone's owner's manual are on the card and still there is more room left than used. It is going to be tough to fill up this one, not like the 8 GB on my Nokia N78-3.
The included USB card reader makes side loading a breeze and eliminates any slowdown in transfer that might be introduced by the device or device cable. I frequently have to check to see if the file has transferred because it takes place so quickly. Inserted into a full speed USB 2.0 slot it gives excellent service.
I've read on the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic support board that there has been issues with SanDisk 16 gigabyte cards. I experience no difficulties and have purchased a second card for an additional 5800 device based upon experience with the first card. I can't think of a better endorsement of the product than that.
