Customer Review: SDHC memory that meets the demands of live audio recording

I purchased this 32GB SDHC Memory Card about 2 months ago for the purposes of live performance recording. Specifically I record on a Zoom R24, 8-track recorder. During any given performance, I record 8 channels simultaneously at a 48kHz rate with 16-bit/channel resolution for 4~5 hours. If I did the math correctly this is equivalent to 384,000 8-bit data values per second. This memory card has no problems keeping up with the write speed and is error free. I want to purchase a couple more cards (to provide back-up and less file transfers to my PC), but will wait until the price comes down a bit.
In summary this is an excellent performing SDHC memory card that meets all of my expectations and has a good price/performance. There are other less known brands out there that are probably just a good, but when I need to trust my recording equipment, I tend to lean towards the better known brands. I've used SanDisk brand for a long time (USB memory sticks, CF cards and now SDHC) and have never had any problems with any of their devices.I'm glad I made this purchase.
