Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of SanDisk Ultra 16 GB Class 4 SDHC Flash Memory Card SDSDRH-016G-A11Customer Review: SanDisk Ultra ll Summary: 5 Stars
Love the card! I bought an off brand before I bought this one, also an HDHC. The other card was not fast enough to record HD video on my camera. There would be a message on my camera telling me the card was not fast enough. Even though the other card had the same specs as the SanDisk, there is no comparison. From now on I will spend the extra bucks on the SanDisk brand from the start.
Customer Review: Works perfectly with a GoPro HD Hero Summary: 5 Stars
Ordered this for my GoPro HD Hero and I'm happy to see it works perfectly in 720p mode (r2). I assume it will work on the other modes well too. I was worried class 4 (15mb/s) wouldn't cut it but it does! So don't waste your money on higher class cards.
Purchased this for $44.69 which is a good deal for the capacity and the strong brand name of SanDisk.
Customer Review: Does what it's supposed to Summary: 4 Stars
It does what it's supposed to. Fast enough for my Nikon D700, fast enough for my GoPro film camera and good transfer speeds from the read/writer too. It certainly doesn't have the speed of a class 8 or 6 for that matter, but it gets the job done and they're reliable. I now have two of them. Panasonic and Kingston both make good SD cards too, if you want options.
Customer Review: The Best Brand Summary: 5 Stars
I think Sandisk (Ultra Series) is one of the best brands if not the best. Very reliable. I've not had any of their memory cards fail on me.
This 16 gigabyte SDHC card gives me exactly 1000 shots on my Nikon D90, shooting RAW NEF. All I need after getting this card is a backup, and I use a 4 gigabyte Sandisk Ultra III SD card for that.
Customer Review: Didn't work for recording video Summary: 1 Stars
I bought this card to use with a Kodak Playsport video camera. After recording about 30 seconds of video, the playback became extremely choppy and eventually froze. I ended up returning and buying a different brand that has worked great. Might have just been a defective card, as I have had decent luck in the past with SanDisk products.
