Customer Review: Works fine and makes me get out and exercise

This is my first MP3 player and I didn't need a ton of music, just a few playlists to get me through my walks/jogs/exercise sessions. The 2GB should be enough for about 10 playlists, 30-45 min. each. Who really needs more than that? I figured out how to download my music from Amazon.com and had no problem finding lots of oldies back to the 60s, as well as the current Rihanna & Beyonce that I like. (I'm 52.) It's easy to learn to use and very light-weight. It's also easy to clip onto a non-sweaty part of your clothing when jogging. Paid $45 and it's got to be one of the best MP3 players at that price. I would run right out to buy another if I were to lose this one.Customer Review: Unexpectedly Great

I bought this for my nine year old. I was a bit worried about the 2 gig limit, but after a month, we haven't come close to filling it. I haven't tried the Sansa with iTunes, rather, Sansa allows direct access to the music directories. So, I only need to drag and drop the music onto the player and delete the music she doesn't want anymore.
She had not trouble navigating the interface and is thrilled with the entire player.
Two drawback. First, the earbuds are crap, second, there is no limiter for how loud my dd can listen to her music (unlike the iPods).
Other than that, the Sansa has been great especially for the money.

If you're looking for a MP3 player, don't look any further! This little MP3 is small enough to fit in you palm or your pocket! It holds up to 500 songs. The battery takes 3 hours to charge when it's all the way low though. And you can record, get the FM radio and just listen to music. It has a clip-on clipper on the back so you can do anything while you listen to music. In the package it comes with a cord to connect to your computer (to download songs and charge), an instrusction booklet and headphones.
I like this one the best because it can record clearly, you can view music while you're still listening to music, rate the music and a lot more!

I received my pink 'clip' from my husband for Christmas and have loved it. I use it around the house and while working out, but mostly for snowboarding. It is very light! Last week I threw my coat in the wash after a day on the mountain. By the time I realized my Clip was in a pocket, it was in the dryer. After a full cycle in the washing machine and half way through the dryer cycle it wouldn't turn on. I was devastated! BUT the next morning it was functioning FINE!!! The battery was nearly drained, but it charged to 100% in normal time. I've played it over 10 hours and its not drained yet, so I THINK that is it OKAY! great sound quality! had a little trouble with set-up but that was because I plugged into my USB hub without the hub's optional power cord. my mistake! once I used the USB hub's power cord, my computer recognized the Sansa Clip just like it does my flash drive. I am able to use Windows Media Player to 'rip' cd's and then sync them to my Clip. I have also downloaded some podcasts and put them on the Clip. eBay has plenty of generic accessories for great deals. just search on "Sansa Clip AC charger," for example - or "Sansa Clip speakers or noise canceling earbuds." etc. great, low cost alternative to Ipod!
