Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of SanDisk Sansa Clip 2 GB MP3 Player (Pink)Customer Review: Best little flash based player on the market Summary: 5 Stars
This thing works well, looks nice and weighs nothing. I use it as a hair clip. Compared to larger models the clip doesn't hold much. It doesn't have to. The radio works extraordinarily well. For some reason the clip has superior FM sound quality. I am not entirely sure why this is but the difference is obvious.
The tiny little screen is bright and intuitive. There's no learning curve with these - all the controls are obvious. You don't need software to use it. Hook this up to your computer and drag and drop as you do with all Sansa products. You can use open source freeware like Media Monkey to upload music and podcasts to the clip, but it's not necessary. I use this to listen to NPR and play whatever compilation I have made for myself. The clip has no problem at all decoding 320kbs lame, which is more than I can say for older models of other flash players that still cost twice as much.
Customer Review: Best MP3 EVER!!!!!!! Summary: 5 Stars
This MP3 has to be the best, because of it's sleek design, durability, and easy use. First of all I say it is durable because I managed to drop mine from high up onto aspholt, as well a accidentaly dipping the earbuds into a bucket of water and having it be bumped around numerous times in a giant tote, AND IT STILL WORKED PERFECTLY! It comes in four great colors and it is easy to charge and download things onto. I have to say, theres only one small dissadvantage, that the earbuds don't plug in all the way and tend to come out easily, so if your planing to exercise using your MP3, this may not be the best choice. And for all you parents looking for the perfect first MP3 for your child, here you go. It will not break, has radio, and is VERY easy to use and carry( since it's small).I'm loving mine and I hope this review will help others get one and starting enjoying it too! :)
Customer Review: Still going strong even after being dropped... Summary: 5 Stars
I will admit I am partial to these little matchbox-sized players. I will no longer admit how many I have purchased for my own use and for surprisingly nice little gifts.
I have had this one for nearly a year and it has been dropped, lost, found again and generally treated roughly and is still working like a champ. I wish Sansa would go back to this design as it seems more secure and stable than the newer model. I also wish they would come out with brighter colored ones, yellow or gold for example, since a black player this tiny is easy to lose and hard to find.
I keep one in the gym bag, one in the hall closet and a couple scattered around the house. It is tiny that any external speakers really need to be powered to get the sound loud enough. I use it more for books than for music but I still prefer the sound of powered speakers.
Customer Review: Can't live without it Summary: 5 Stars
OK, so my title is probably melodramatic but I love my Sansa Clip! This is my 3rd Sansa clip although my children have other various Sansa models that we also like. (The 1st one still works fine but the clip broke & I need the clip. I should mention that it broke under extreme circumstances, not everyday wear & tear. The 2nd one was stolen so I had to come buy my 3rd one recently.) I primarily listen to audiobooks (from [...]) while I cook, clean or do laundry, etc and having the clip is so handy. I clip it to the neck of my shirt and can easily access the player if I need to pause it. I will say that the headphones are useless to us. They don't fit comfortably for any single person in our house (from toddler to adult) so we just don't use them. The Sansa Clip is easy to use. It's compatible with [...] but I can also easily upload music.
Customer Review: Cute little thing Summary: 5 Stars
I have gone through a couple MP3 players. My husband bought me this little thing and so far I love it. Its really easy to navigate through the options, the delete song feature is nice to have, the display isn't huge, but easy enough to read, the back lighting can be adjusted and makes it easier to read. It also has really good sound! I connect it to the stereo in my car and it works great! I also like how light it is, it doesn't hang really heavy on you and if you clip it on your belt, you can't tell it's even there. The only potential negative I could foresee would be that because it's so light and small, it may be easy to misplace or if it's not clipped on you, that it could fall out of your pocket and you wouldn't notice as it weighs next to nothing. Otherwise, it's a very cute and clever device that is very reasonably priced.
