This card a solid card if you need large amounts of storage at a reasonable price. The write speed is good enough that you won't be slowed down too much when rapidly taking pictures. If you do plan on taking action shots and need to take many pictures quickly, I would recommend an extreme III or IV. (but check how fast your camera can write before you pay the extra money)Customer Review: works as promised

The item worked as promised (actually I ordered 2). Zero problems. Shipping was a little faster than stated (but I didn't figure shipping into the 5-star rating). I figure if I got exactly what I ordered and it works like it should then it deserves 5-stars. Mostly Canon with the memory access problems.
Anyway for cards this large one should not continously delete as not deleating will force use of the rest of the memory space. Full delete for large shoots, raw formats, and trips.
Flash memory does have a FINITE number of times the cells can be modified.
Resulting in corrupted data hard errors.

So, I got this with a package deal. I got a flash, diffuser, and this card. With my Canon 300D, in the small, med, and large settings I get 999 photos. I can't tell how many pics over that I have. But I'm really happy because in the RAW format, I can now get 442 RAW photos versus the 132 from the 1 gig card I had.
Great buy! Totally worth it!

I use a Canon Digital Rebel XP with this memory card. It is super fast! I can shoot raw (8 mega pixels plus a large JPG) by simply holding down the shutter release button. The Camera runs as fast as possible - click - click - click - click - click - until I run out of memory. With this 4 GB memory card, that's a lot of photo's of the same subject!
