This is the only card reader I've ever had that I didn't like. It was always hard to get the cards in and usually took several tries before I could get them in straight. I finally gave it away and got a Kingston which works far better and is a lot cheaper.Customer Review: It's Alright.

Solved multiple challenges between office & home due to different cameras, media cards, etc. All my users with able to use with little to no assistance and all users loved it. Users include ages of 41, 25, 18, 15, & 13. All demographics with various knowlegde levels were able to easily use.Customer Review: Not reliable!!!

I would not recommend this card reader to anyone. I have XP, and it worked maybe 2 times, then quit, so I had to un-install, and re-install the software. It worked again, then stopped again. Now I can't get it to work at all. Do not spend your hard earned $$ on this!!!!Customer Review: Worked for a little while...

Like many other 1-star reviews on this site, mine crapped out after several months of lite use. It started by not reading CF cards, then SD cards. I wouldn't recommend this product, very unreliable.
