My Cruzer Micro slightly varies from the ones in the photographs, but all the features are the same. It came with two sleeves, one red, one blue. this different cruzer micro can't really fit on my keychain, if I force it on, it will surely break off if a certain tug was too happen, too remedy this, I had to cut the end off my lanyard that came with it, and used the metal end with the clip. One thing I noticed is, that is not exactly 512MB possibly from the format config, its about 488MB. I noticed this in all of my cruzer flash drives, my 256MB cruzer mini had only 244MB 12 megs off what it said, the gap in the 512MB micro is 24, a slight drawback, but this is a product that I would recommend.Customer Review: Fantastic

This item was well worth the fabulous price that I paid for it! It more than paid for itself, and was the best purchase I ever made on Amazon. This was not only a bargin but a steal, and I don't know what I ever did without this product. It was smaller than I expected but that was great, and it holds a ton of documents as well as pictures and MP3 downloaded music! The SanDisk Cruzer worked great with my computer and is compatable with every Microsoft XP and Vista program that I have used so far. The SanDisk Cruzer flash drive was small enough to fit every USB port that I plugged into without the need of an adapter even when I wasn't using my own computer. I have been using the SanDisk 512MB Micro flash drive for about four months . It goes with me everywhere and is a must for data and music storage. I have not had any problems with the unit other than the storage case which becomes loose almost immediately after use (I use a rubber band to retain the drive in the case). At home the drive is recognized immediately whenever it is plugged into a usb port. At work, where a computer is shared, I have to log on with the unit installed for the drive to be recognized. The blue light in the unit flickers when data is being up or down loaded giving a visual indication that the unit is working. I've had the Cruzer Micro for a few months now, and it has been great. I haven't had any problems at all, and the information transfers easily and quickly.
It is tiny, which I like, and it comes with a lanyard which is nice not only for carrying it around, but if I throw it in my bag I can just search with my fingers for the string and pull the thing out easily. Just a nice little perk. It also comes with three different rubberized covers - clear, blue and pink. Another nice touch.
Because I haven't had it for very long, I probably don't have the best frame of reference. But for the time I've had it and for my purposes it has been great.

The Sandisk Cruzer Micro is tiny, durable, and quick at uploading and downloading files. It is very easy to use, even for a Windows 98 user like myself. It transfers everything for me jiffy quick, and neither of my computers even have USB 2.0! Be warned, though, that if you have a computer with 98 and no Internet that you plan to use this product with, you have to do a little working to get it compatible. I had to download the drive installer from this XP computer, burn the installer to a disk, then put it into the '98 and download it there. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who needs to transport a lot of information very quickly.
