Customer Review: Mistaken Purchase

This purchase was a mistake on the part of Amazon. I had purchased this product a couple of weeks ago and have received it. When I went to Amazon a few days ago to buy a grill brush, the SanDisc was still on my account (for some strange reason). I tried to buy only the grill brush but got stuck with another SanDisc. Needless to say, I will never buy from Amazon again. Who knows what I'll get stuck with the next time.
I had already written a review of the first SanDisc (the one I actually ordered). Excellent product and service.

For the price the memory stick hit the spot. I bought it to upgrade from the 512MB that i have for an upcoming vacation. After using it some of the data on the card was corrupted, but not before I was able to copy it to my laptop. I'm not sure if the problem was caused by me copying the files or just a problem with the memory stick itself. But about 50 of the 300+ photos i took were corrupted on the card. I've since used the card in my camera without problem, but I now copy my photos to one of my computers ASAP vice just leaving it in the camera for any extended period.Customer Review: As advertised

While I haven't used this memory stick that much yet (I purchased it as a back up to my other 4GB memory stick), it seems to be functioning just fine. 4GB is quite a lot of space, and it is very rare that I need to touch the backup, even when we are on vacation for an extended period of time. The memory stick that I purchased this as a back up for is the exact same size and company, and I am happy with it. It can also fit into an adapter to be used on older cameras that come with longer memory sticks, but you need to purchase that separately.Customer Review: Sandisk 4GB MemoryStick PRO Duo

As always, in my experience, Sandisk memory products work as described and at least as well as other suppliers - even the original equipment manufacturer.
This item is no different. Other than the "SanDisk" logo on the packaging and the unit, you'd be hard pressed to tell this memory stick apart from one supplied by Sony. It functions in the units I have that take this type of memory - no special formatting or configuration necessary. It's recognized the first time I insert it, and every time thereafter, without any problems.

WOW! This flash device has LOTS of space. Bought it to replace 512MB card in my Sony Ericsson W810 phone. I can store a bunch of songs videos and other stuff and still have space left to use. The old card was also SanDisk so I cannot comment on wether or not this model/brand is better/worse than any other.
Cons: makes the phone rather slow while performing walkman functions and accessing media files. Larger than newer formats like Memory Stick Micro/MicroSD.
All around good product. Tons of space for all your files.
