I love these cards! They have gone everywhere in my camera, even to the top of Mount McKinley (Denali) and Mount Elbrus with my Mountain Climber BF. I needed something extreme and these have not failed me for the past 1 and a half years. My pictures are stunning, and I completely recommend these to anyone. I bought the Extreme III because it was supposed to have faster write time so you can take pictures faster. I did not see any differance between this item and the Ultra II Sandisk. Not worth the extra cost. Customer Review: Works every time all the time under bad conditions

I have used these chips extensively, they are fast and reliable, and more weatherproof than the camera.They are durable,easy to use and the little bags they come with are easy to attch to a camera strap or bag so I always have a fast and easy to find chip to swap out in a hurry rather than digging in my bag or pockets.
The size is good too. 2G is more than enough and if I use lithium batteries the batteries go right after the chip is full so when I switch chips I switch batteries.Very convenient reminder.Also 2 G is a good size as I don't get completely lazy about getting the photos off the camera in case it gets lost or stolen and I lose the camera and my memories.
