I recently bought a 4G SD card and didn't fit on my cammera nor could I read it on my laptop. I had to return it. I bought then two 2 GB cards instead, and it proved to be the right choice. Not only they are still compatible with all my equipment, they have enough storage data for my digital cammera (six megapixels) for stills and video, and music and documents for my PDA.
This was the right choice for me. Maybe when I upgrade cammera, laptop and PDA will I try to jump to the 4GB again. But no rush there.

I ordered this for my nine year old son, but he wasn't able to use it, since his video camera can only handle 512MB maximum. That's the only drawback there has been, however. Luckily, my husband's digital camera had a 512MB card (still much more than my son's old card), so they switched cards, and the 2GB card has been working very well in my husband's digital camera, giving him memory to take more video as well as pictures. It's been great so far (he's had it for a month or so now). I'd recommend it, just be sure your equipment can take a 2GB card!Customer Review: great value!

So much cheaper than buying a flash mp3 player... I've had this and other similar Sandisk memory cards for up to two years without a problem. Have dropped them repeatedly with no loss of data. Transfer speeds could be quicker for taking photos, but overall, a great buy, especially as it expands the capacity of my Treo 650 to five full length movies or twenty-four cds worth of music. I only wish someone would make a practical case that could hold multiple secure digital cards-they're so compact, I have to be careful not to misplace them.Customer Review: ChiTek - Slow Shipping/Unable To Track

I ordered SanDisk 2 GB SD Memory Card ( SDSDB-2048-A10, Retail Package), on December 17th 2007. The only information that I can get is, USPS was electronically notified to pick up the package. I can not get any tracking information from the USPS. I thought by placing the order December 17th it whould've allowed plenty of time for ChiTek to ship before Christmas. It doesn't appear that I will receive the item in time for Christmas, Thank ChiTek. My experience is similar to Buyer: mrhodesmd. I will avoid using ChiTek in the future...

I bought this card for my Casio Exilim 6 megapixel camera. Having two gigs of memory is really nice. I like to take videos with my camera and it takes up a lot of memory.
The only problem I have had with this card is that when I put the card in the SD port on my laptop, some pictures/videos cannot be transfered to my hard drive. I am pretty sure my computer is only capable of accessing the firt gig of memory, if that makes sense. I solved this problem by leaving the card in the camera and transfering the data via usb.
