Sorry , this is not a review but rather a question and not even about the product itself....
Most reviewer talk about how good the Sandisk 1Giga Pro Duo works in their PSP.....
Not being an American and not knowing all the techno lingo , please , can anyone tell me what a PSP is ...? ( something to do with the Play Station..?? )
I just bought the Sony DSC T 33 today and as I'm going on a wild trip very soon I need to buy enough memory so I can shoot all the pics I want. This 1 Giga Memory Stick Pro Duo has the best
price-MB relation , the 1 Giga Sony Red Memo Stick Pro Duo I want is not available and heaven knows when it will be .... So....
Lexar has no 1 Giga , so there's no big choice....
Either Sandisk for U$ 119.88 or the Sony for US 367.00 or so.....
Well... anyone can still tell me what a PSP is...? I'm going to buy this Sandisk Memo Stick right now.....

I bought this item specifically for my PSP. But it was not compatible even though on the front of the package it said "PSP COMPATIBLE" I was pretty pissed because after I inserted it into the memory stick slot, some errors started to occur when I tried to copy information from my old 32mb memory stick onto my new 1 gig. It started to freeze and then I couldn't add or delete files from my psp. So I called in Sandisk and THEY SAID "Please check with Sony because some of the 1 gigs are not working with the PSP" So I thought to myself.. hrmm maybe false advertisement? YES. I am not some lamer that goes on giving bad reviews on products I do not have. I can assure you I have a working 1.5 US PSP and I too am trying to run homebrew files. But how can you run homebrew when you can't even copy files ONTO the PSP? Definite waste. I would NOT recommend this to anyone purchasing this only for their PSP.Customer Review: No problems here

I use a Sony Cybershot DSC-P100, it was given to me without any cords or accessories. Considering it was a better camera than my own (while not bad, was only a 3.1), I figure I should go ahead and buy what I need for the upgrade. I'm very skeptical about what I buy, and I researched alot about the format and what kind of cards to use. Having only been familiar with SD before hand. I decided to go ahead and give this a try. Can't beat the price, and I never had a problem with Sandisk before. I recieved the product roughly 2 days after ordering it using standard shipping. I tested out the video, and pictures which are so far so good. Since I don't have the cords, I bought a card reader (the IOGEAR for $10) which also works fine. I have no problem going from the adapter to the reader. I can take approx 400 pictures, and 45 minutes worth a video. Sandisk's 1gb pro duo stick is basically the best way to go for all your psp storage needs. It has tons of space (949mb after formating) for your video clips, mp3s, pictures, save files, etc. Obviously, since it's so small it isn't very hard to break it or misplace it. However, you'll most likely be keeping it in your psp all the time, seeing as how you can put just about all your stuff in it. File transfer rate is fast, just like all the other sandisk pro duos, so you won't have to wait long to send your files back and forth (Even huge files over 100mb don't take very long). All around, I have to say that this is the best pro duo stick around -and at it's current price it's very affordable. Until they make a higher capacity stick at a good price, this is the one to get.Customer Review: Great value for the money!

I have a Sony Cybershot DSCP-100, I love the camera and use it for taking SCUBA Diving pictures. I bought this memorystick duo to use for that purpose, I can take up to 45 minutes of video or close to 400 pictures on highest quality setting. The memorystick comes with an adapter so you can use it in full size memory stick applications as I do in the camera, or you can use this without the adapter for PSP, and PDA or cell phones! The price couldn't be beat anywhere else and I received the shipment within a week at my FPO mailbox on base here in Japan. If you want a great deal pick one up, I may even buy one more for when I travel so I don't have to take my laptop with me to download and reformat the card, at this price I can afford it!
