It isn't as described; doesn't perform like it is described. All it gave me was a scrambled picture for the tv stations. It could be used only for VHS and not for DVD or television use as described. This product was a big disappointment to me and would not be recommended to anyone for any reason. It was a waste of monies and not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund! Just junk as far as I'm concerned.Customer Review: STAY AWAY!!!

If you want to mess up your computer, then by all means buy this "thing"
I tried installing this on three different computers all with similar results...blue screen death!
My main computer will not even go to restore points now because of this POS. I wish you could sue a company for the damage this thing did to my computer.

I bought this TV tunner as a christmast gift for my dad and he just loved it.
He can record his favorite shows with a pretty decent resolution.
At the beguinning the installation was a little tricky mostly for the remote but after copying the executable straight from the cd it now works like a charm.
Pretty nice product taking into consideration the very low price.

This product was terrible. Purchase of it was a really nightmare. When I tried to install it on my laptop, my laptop got blue-screen death. Then my friend tried on his laptop. His laptop got blue-screen death too. The worse thing was the audio device and CD driver of my friend's laptop were damaged by this junk after the failed installation. This is an excellent product and very easy to install AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! If you try to shortcut the instructions, it wont work. Other then that, it is very good quality tuner, with excellent recording quaility. It is a bit slow on response using a Digital Cable Box Guide. Overall, I give this product 5 stars for ease of use, and quaility for the money.
