I have 3 kids and gained weight with each one. I got up to 132 and couldn't budge. I had always heard "calories in, calories out" or "keep a food diary", and tried these strategies over and over. THEN I got the Robi and I lost 2 pounds the first week and 1 pound each week after, and now maintain 107 lbs. for 9 months!! It is easy to do and I carried it everywhere. I now have "learned" what I should be eating! It even kept track of fiber which is very important to your diet!
