This Cat6 Ethernet cable is great. Not only is it a grade up from the regular Cat5 that most stores and homes use, it is 1/7th the price. I needed internet from my office on the second floor to the basement and this was the perfect cable. Hooked up to a Slingbox and PS3 perfectly.
We had to run it up the wall to the attic over to the clothes chute and then down the side to get to the basement, and then over to where we needed the other jack. Perfect length. We then bought two couplers and faceplates for the wall. They plugged right in and screwed into the wall. This is by far the easiest way to run ethernet cable. If you buy the cable without the plugs at the end, it is cheaper. I would buy this on amazon again in a heartbeat.

This cable works well enough and is fairly cheap. I haven't had any chance to test the actual speed you can get through this but I have used one and two hundred feet worth of this cable to connect computers and network hardware and it was worked well enough for my applications.
There aren't any identifying marks on the cables to say that they are cat 6 or network cables, so all you really have to go on is the word of the seller.
they come coiled up and zip-tied inside a heat-sealed bag. Clearly new and well packaged.

I ran the cable through the attic to my entertainment system to replace the wireless connection. I checked the cable before installation to make sure it was functional. Worked great before and after. I wouldn't suggest using this cable in a situation that places strain on the cable or connectors or if there is a need to connect/disconnect frequently. My installation remains connected, so I was willing to go with a low cost (and most likely fragile) cable. I couldn't be happier with the cost and performance.Customer Review: RiteAV - All The Way

Bought this 100ft. Cat6 Ethernet cable to hard wire my gaming computer which was not receiving a strong wireless signal. This item in particular is great. the wires and housing are made of sturdy material so it is easy and safe to feed through walls. The connectors have an easy push not very difficult like some of the other brands. At more then half of the price of going to best buy and getting the geek squad brand, I would recommend this product and all RiteAV products again and again.Customer Review: blue cable

this cat6 cable looks just like the picture and its really blue. well it turned out that this cable was way too short and i should of spent a few extra more for a bigger one. it turn out i needed 75 feet more and the cable currently is holding up to the ugly wether with no problem. o and the cable isnt in use no more and it just hangs there. make shure make shure its not blue because you can tell theres a ugly cable around your houses like your steeling a line.
