Customer Review: Not as good as it looks

Great looking mose and feels great in hand. Downside is mouse failed after a month and software does not like to coincide with Microsft Outlook and iTunes. I had to reload support software several times during short life of the mouse.
I bought the mouse at Amazzon and they do not accept returns after 30 days. Razer seems to also not accept returns.
Razer customer support is abismal. They do not seem to want to accept a return of a dead mouse. After a week of hassleing, they still have not agreed to replace but have given me a form to fill out so they can consider what is the correct action. After 2 weeks I still have no idea if they will replace the mouse or if I just have to accept 45 days of life for $47.
Customer Review: Compared to old Diamondback

I upgraded from an old (pre 3g) Diamondback that had been used so much that a short had developed in the cord. I am pleased with the upgrade and very satisfied. That said, a few differences between the DA and DB should be noted. The DeathAdder is very full-bodied in comparison to the Diamondback which instead has a low nimble feeling. This mouse easily fills my palm. As such, it is a bit more friendly to gamers that enjoy taking hold of the mouse rather than using the 'claw grip'. They also removed the 'pinky' buttons from the death adder so if you are a big fan of 8 function mice you should look elsewhere. The software seems fine. Overall I am a big fan of razer mice. The deathadder just reaffirms that faith. I hope that helps a bit.Customer Review: Don't Buy Defective Product and No Returns

Do not purchase any of the items from razer. First of all, when i purchased this mouse it looks and feels very cheaply made. Its like a KINDERGARDEN TOY. At the same time i purchased a keyboard along with the mouse. When i received the keyboard the page down button was not even attached to the keyboard, the clipping was BROKEN and then the W key for the keyboard DID NOT WORK. I asked for a refund sinec i purchased the product through Razer.
They made it difficut to refund. The first email i sent out was March 10, 2010 and now it is March 22, 2010 and they still have not given me a RMA number after i requested it FIVE TIMES. This is ridiculous. I will be submitting a DISPUTE to the credit card company.

I've been a first person shooter (FPS) gamer since the late 1990's. This is bar none one of the best right handed mouses on the market. It fits the hand very well. Full support all the way to the wrist with no hang over. If you dont like the lights, just load up the software and turn them off. I've had this mouse since 2007 when I built a computer and it's been nothing but amazing. The plastic gliders on it are amazing as well. You'll probably want to lower your sensitivity at first to get used to how smooth it is. I know I dropped mine a full number.
I played team fortress 2 competitively and out of the 13 people in the clan, about 9 or 10 of us all have this mouse. You wont go wrong with this purchase.

All I can say is, "WOW!" I was truely impressed with it's preformance straight out of the box; even before the drivers were installed. I previously used a cheap, optical mouse that I purchased from Walmart. After experiencing the major difference and upgraded performance from the deathadder, I completely forgot about how much this thing cost me and was happy with my new purchase. I use it for gaming mostly, and it has made moving the cursor around the screen a lot quicker and more accurate. If you're looking for fast tracking, comfortable form (for people with medium sized hands atleast), and great style (the pulsing razor symbol is very cool), then look no further and buy your Razor DeathAdder today!
