The camera works great. My daughter really enjoyed it. The one complaint I have is there is no easy way to contact their tech support for assistance because the CD that came with it does not install the driver fort he camcorder correctly. Luckily my daughter had a friend who purchased this same camcorder about 8 months prior and the CD that came with it had an earlier software version and driver and we were able to complete the installation.
