My toddler loves to watch videos on my iPhone when we're out restaurants, at the Dr's office, or in the car. Unfortunately she also likes to push buttons, which puts a quick end to her video fun. I got the iMainGo so she could play with my video ipod instead, and we love it! We can set the volume, start the video, hit the hold button and she can watch without changing anything. We also like to hang it off the stroller handle and listen to music on our walks. Like others, I wish I could charge the ipod in the case but it is a small price to pay for the benefits.Customer Review: great sound for little speakers

I purchased this portable sound lab speakers for my upcomming trip to Thailand. I needed something small enough to fit in my backpack for my travels. I also wanted a portable system with some sound. I'd have to say this lil speakers system is perfect. For how small it is...it sure does have some sound. I am very pleased with it and can't wait to take it on vacation with me. I am big on reading reviews before making my purchases so the reviews really helped make my decision. I can't comment on how well this product will stand the test of time, but my initial reaction is extremely positive. Sound quality is incredible for such a tiny, inexpensive unit! This would make an awesome stocking stuffer or inexpensive gift for a friend with an iPod. Assuming the unit holds up, I know I'll be getting lots of use out of it. I don't feel comfortable taking my inMotion iM600 outdoors, but the 06BWB01 is cheap enough and produces wonderful sound, so I'll probably bring it just about everywhere!Customer Review: iMainGo Portable Sound

The speaker doesn't exactly fit in your pocket, but it has decent sound and is light to carry. The batteries also last a fair amount of time if you don't play it at the highest setting. It doesn't sound good anyway on high, and it handles bass poorly. It's a fair product for the price I paid (a $10 rebate came in handy!). For better sound, you're better off with a more expensive portable speaker system like those made by Logitech. But those cost more. I have a 2nd gen touch and it simply doesn't fit, about 1/4" too long. no doubt, no question of whether it is in right. it just isn't made to fit the touch. sadly, it needs to go back because the sound really is much better than several other (larger) portable mp3 speakers that I have. don't buy it for ipod touch, you'll just need to return it. perhaps the imaingo2 will work, Amazon shipped me the imaingo (1?) which isn't even listed on the manufacturer's web site anymore, maybe because of this.
