The sound that comes from this unit is extremely good, considering it's size. You can hear highs, mids and lows and there is good clairity of the instruments. I was looking for a small speaker set to take with me when I travel and to have when I go to the hospital for surgery. After reading some other reviews I decided to give it a try. well, last night I hooked up my iTouch. It really wasn't very difficult. let me say I am a 58 year old female and while I am not a real techno person, I love gadgets. anyway, I turned on a Chris Botti tune and the sound was amazing! great sound! I also turned on one of my audiobooks and that played, too! it's a keeper for me. Plus, with the alarm setting, I can use it to wake me up with my iTouch when I go to Vegas. After purchasing many different portable speakers (over the last few years), I FINALLY found one that lives up to the hype. The iMainGo2 has fantastic sound, and protects my expensive iPhone. I can't believe that it's only $40.00! I wish that I had discovered this unit much earlier, and avoided all of the cost and frustration that I have so far experienced. Now the real test...will it survive my almost certain non-stop use (I love this unit)? Only time will tell!Customer Review: Favorite gift

I first saw/heard this product on the beach last summer and made a mental note that it would make a great Christmas gift. Gave one to each of my sons (in their twenties) and they absolutely love the quality and portability. Great bang for your buck! It also works for their fancy cellphones. I was really amazed with the sound that came out of this little case. We have been searching for a portable unit that was compatible with the iphone and after reading reviews on the one we were going to purchase, we were discouraged to hear that it really wasn' compatible as it claimed. In one of the negative reviews someone recommended Imaingo2 portable speakers and we decided to give it a try. I was skeptical because it was very cheap (dollarwise) compared to the other units mentioned, but I can truly say I am blown away with the sound quality from this little cloth box. We also purchased a portable unit for our daughters ipod that was triple the price and it doesn't sound as good as this one does. I would highly recommend this item.
