Customer Review: Who on earth would market such a poor design?

Had high hopes of using this thing on bicycle rides, but an pretty disappointed in the item. Within 2 weeks the strap holding the iphone into the case broke. The speakers sound distorted at full volume. The battery compartment is a joke - it takes about 15minutes to get the batteries in and out. The case is too small to put anything else inside other than a naked iphone - it will not hold an iphone jacket if you use one so it is necessary to take your phone out and put the jacket somewhere else. Battery life appears thus far to be pretty short - about 3 commutes into the city and back (that would be about 5 hours of playing time). It could also benefit greatly by a way to secure the item to a handlebar.
Great idea, only very poorly executed.
