This is my second purchase. We have frequent conference calls among our different offices. Since installing this unit, the calls have been very clear with no echoes or background noises. Microphone is sensitive enough to pick up voices 5' away on a conference table. Software does not work with Vista. But the basic operation is sufficiently good so I don't miss the software.
