I got a Boston Acoustics for Christmas with the same price as these from my son because he thought I haven't bought one yet. We comapared the sound and this has an amazing cleaner sound. The sound doesn't break up as compared to the Boston Acoustics which has a slight courseness in the high notes. These speakers are also capable of Bi-Amping whoch makes the sound slightly better.
