As a longtime Polk user I bought these for my rear surround to go with my Polk SDA2's for the front and a Polk center, replacing my previous Polk rear surrounds that I bought used and were starting to deteriorate. These are my 3rd set of rear surrounds and by far the best, I had no idea what I had been missing until I hooked these up in both sound quality and the amount of surround information. They are also quite nice looking and heavy for their small size and come with wall mount brackets. The sound matches my much larger Polk fronts very well even though these were actually designed as part of a complete sat/sub package. At less than $60 each these were the least expensive Polk option available, and I doubt one could find a better surround option for less money.Customer Review: Good but watch out for the colours!

Good speakers.
They took quite some bedding-in, more so than other speakers.
I won't comment in detail on their sound quality because I have not been able to give them a fair crack of the whip: they're satellites in a second room and I'm powering them through 30 feet of 14AWG. It's not fair assess them under such extreme conditions.
I warn to be careful of the colour, because Amazon showed me a silver speaker but described it as black. I went on the photo, not on the decriptions, and received black ones. The retialer (not amazon) was great, though, and swapped them at no charge.

For the money, for the adequate sound, small profile... I love my Polk speakers. Four surrounds, two fronts, one center, one 10" woofer, all Polk and I couldn't be happier paired with my new Harmon Karden Receiver. It was time to replace my super sized Infinities. They were good too but not so when I replaced my original Harmon Karden with a Sony receiver. I learned something... always Polk, always Harmon Karden. Sony good for video products only. My living room looks sharp, my sound is awesome. My wallet was not hurt bad either and the real estate I gained from my large bookshelfs were worth replacing. I was looking for a small speaker to go with the new flat screen. One that would not be so bulky and boxy like the Klipsch bookshelf speakers i was replacing. I did not want to buy a complete system since i already had a Klipsch powered subwoofer and Bose rear channel. These fit the bill perfectly. Great sound from a small package and they work well with my system. ordering and shipping was easy and they arrived in perfect condition.

The item shipped on time and works as advertised. This brought my system from 5.1 to 7.1 and what difference. I went Polk all the way around on speakers and have been really impressed with the sound quality, especially for the cost.
