Customer Review: Good Product considering the alternative

I bought this product after having a wired Plantronics headset for about a year. I love the wireless feature, especially when combined with the Handset Lifter. The only complaint I have is the sound quality. Even after calibrating it and calling the set-up number, I can still hear my own voice in the ear piece and there are a variety of cracks and pops when making a call. This could be my telephone (Starplus STS) but it wasn't problem with the last headset. All in all a very good product.
