The Plantronics is an okay headset. You hear some echoing when talking, and it can get bothersome some times wearing on your ear all day either with the head piece or the one that hangs from your ear. The Plantronics CS50 Wireless Headset has made my life so much easier when on long conference calls. I can listen to the call, as well as get up from my desk and get a cup of coffee or get that printout from the printer. Did not care for the ear piece of the unit. The one that fits around your ear is not moldable and doesn't fit the ear very well, even though they give you three sizes. The over all quality of the Ear Piece is excellent Clear reception on both ends. The only negative thing our office all agreed on was the Ear Piece was very uncomfortable to wear. We have since requested a alternate Ear Loop from Plantronics and hope this will resolve.Customer Review: No Good

This product does not work, and technical support is very rude. I talked to three different people in one day. The first got disconnected and never called baack. The second hung up on me. The third just was not trying to work with me at all. Don't waste your money.
