Overall, I am very pleased with my wireless headset. My home office is located on the main floor of my home. I am able to go upstairs including the attic and to the basement with full reception. My only drawback is that the volume control is limited which may be the phone system that I am on rather than the headset itself, I'm not sure.Customer Review: Note: This item is for use with a corded phone

I ordered this intending to use it with my cordless phones. This works only with a corded phone. I am returning this, unused, so I have no comment on the actual quality of the item. Just wanted to clarify the compatibility as it would've saved me a fair bit of aggravation had the description stated this for use with a corded phone.Customer Review: Cordless Headset

I've found the headset to be an excellent purchase! The sound quality is crystal clear, and the range is very good. I can get at least 250+ feet through walls with steel studs, etc. I've even been able to use it in our department's basement through the reinforced concrete. I have had a phone glued to my ear for well over 20 years and this is the most comfortable headset I have ever used. The sound quality and adjustability is indicative of a quality Plantronics product. If you spend a lot of time interacting in telephone conversations, you need this headset. Do not look any more; this is the headset you are buying. I have purchased about five for gifts because it is that good. And the best part is that you can walk around the office and pretend you are on the phone so people do not stop you for superfluous conversations. I thought it was expensive at first but well worth it.
