I bought the Plantronics Wireless Headset so that I would not be tied to my desk while I'm on the phone. The sound quality is close to that of my old wired headset. It gives three choices of earpieces so you can pick what's most comfortable for you. It's light weight so I don't mind wearing it for long periods. The only drawback I see is that you have use the phones handset to take a call off hook. That means you have to be next to the phone to answer a call.Customer Review: Very good headset, lots of customizable wearing options.

Good upgrade from the CS10 - the boom is probably longer than is fashionable, but it's lightweight, has good range and plenty of wearing options.
The only issue I had is some static on the line, but it seems to be related to cable going into the base phone.
It can be a little tiresome wearing it all day, and because the boom length is approx. 5.5", you may have some difficulty eating with it on.
Overall, a good purchase.

I have two pairs of these and they are very good; the GN Netcom wireless were almost as good; i owned those also. Buy these ones. Also, 169.99 is a great price for a BRAND NEW unit; i bought one somewhere else for 249.99 and returned them to get them here. These are definitely new cos they're sold through amazon directly. If you see cheap stuff through amazon marketplace be careful cos a lot of that is refurbished and marketed as new.

I am so glad I finally graduated from the corded headsets to a cordless model. The convenience and sound quality are a quantum leap. The only downside is that I had to purchase an-old fashioned, corded phone (all my office phones were cordless), in order to use the product. The headset, extra phone, and handset lifter were far more expensive than most corded headsets, but in my line of work (graphic design), definitely worth it.Customer Review: You Won't Be Sorry

I have owned mine for over 2 years now and it still works like a charm. I often forget it is hanging on my ear until people ask if I am on the phone. If you don't have any in your office and want to set a trend, this is the accessory to purchase. In the last 2 years I have seen no less than 4 business associates running around with this headset after asking casually about it :)
