I have used the CS70N for several years and needed a replacement because the old one was wearing out. I use this headset daily and spend 3-8 hrs on conference calls, etc. The spare gave me a replacement for a fraction (33%)of the cost to buy a new set or full replacement. I was glad to see you had these.
