This does the job with very little fuss. It was a bit unclear on where to plug in the satellite, but we did get it all figured out. The picture quality is the same as it was before set-up. We can play games, watch DVDs, and watch satellite tv. It was a much cheaper solution than buying a new game room tv.
Plan on having it laying down. It won't stand up, even in its stand, once all the cords are plugged in.

I purchased this item to get rid of the macrovision effect when playing DVDs that occured when I hooked up my new DVD player to my old TV through the VCR. It did the trick. I also hooked up my satellite receiver and VCR to it, and also my stereo for sound. The picture is clear (S-Video!) and the auto detection/switch has worked flawlessly when switching from satellite to DVD. I am pleased and would recommend.Customer Review: Very Convienient!

This is quite an amazing product. If you have more than one device to plug into the TV, plug them all into this. Then, once you turn one of them on, this will automatically change the input to what was turned on. So there is really no work whatsoever when switching between inputs. The only annoying thing is that unless it's on the floor, it tips over backwards really easily from the weight of the cables.Customer Review: Perfect product to offer new input to your old TV

I have an old TV, that I wanted to hook it up to DVD and random electronic devices. My TV only had antenna cable kind of input.
Were able to hook it up:
- Wii
- DVD device
- Laptop with S-video and audio cables.
No hassle to switch between devices and antenna. Very easy to use.
Would recommend it if you really want to use your old TV with devices of today.

We have been using this product for about a month now and works great. When we ran out of room in the back of our tv we had to figure something else out. We got this and it is excellent! We currently have our xbox 360, wii, dvd player, cd player and s-video to hook up our laptop to our tv all plugged into it. We haven't had any issues with it at all. I am very pleased with this purchase.
