Mine died after 18 months. Phillips website was no help. Customer Service informed me it was out of warrantee and I could go buy a new one. Will not be buying another Phillips. This digital picture frame was very easy to use, doesn't have music with it but very nice. I've used other digital picture frames and some are a little harder trying to figure it out. I bought this for my father-in-law for Father's Day and it was his favorite present in the past 20 years! I do not think he turned it off one time in the past 18 months - that may be why the screen no longer works.
