I really can't say much about the product because I bought it for a wedding gift. I never used it myself. But I can say Amazon was fantastic with their order fullfilment. I ordered it one evening and when I got home from work the very next day it was already here. I don't believe I have ever seen such a fast response. - it automatically adjusts to how you place/hold the photo frame (vertical or horizontal)
What I found below-par:
- menu was okay for me, a tech-savvy guy; but may not be very intuitive for most people.
Conclusion:
I'm very happy for the fifty dollars that I paid for it.

The 16:9 ratio is to long for this sort of product. Photos are seldom in that format. The controls (setup and menu) were difficult to use. The colors were slightly off (too yellow). A shuffle mode on the slide show would be an improvement.
On the positive side are good brightness, OK picrure quality and nice finish.

Bought the product for less than $50 I thought I got a good deal since I consider it a good brand. The pixels are so big it scrambles your pictures especially whole body shots, it is only good at closeup shots like the ones in built in picture demo. This is a first ever picture frame I bought and Pixel quality has given me complete disappointment. This picture frame only give 480x3(RGB) x 234 pixels, which is really not pretty at all. In Short I will be returning this picture frame first thing in my to do list.
