Definitely worth the money. Very sturdy case, custom inserts hold SD or mini SD, or you can buy a compact flash one. Made of quality materials, doesn't feel like it will break, and it is waterproof. Would tell anyone to get one over some flimsy cheap plastic one. Worthy of the Pelican name.
Only thing it could use is a way to toss a small lock on it to deter people from getting into it if your using it for camera memory and such.

I purchased this item, so I could swap out my game camera memory cards. This case is rock solid keeping my cards secure and dry when I am in the woods. If you are going to use this case in the woods, I suggest putting a few pieces of reflective hunter orange tape on it. This will make it easier to find should you drop it in the woods. The orange will stand out during the day and in the dark your flashlight will make the tape reflect.Customer Review: This is the case you want.

If you know how rugged Pelican brand equipment cases are then you know how well made this product is. This thing is bullet proof and even has a rubber gasket to seal the lid. It will hold 8 SD cards plus another 8 MicroSD's underneath.
You may think it's a tad pricey but if for me, I photograph outside ALOT and always bring all the memory cards with me. In this case there are no worries about the cards at all.

In the one I received, all the cutouts were customized for mini SD cards, not the regular-size cards. It was possible for me to use a razor blade and cut the hard rubber to make 2 regular size cards fit on each side, but there's no way I could fit 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom, as pictured. And there are no restraints for the cards, they just sit in the rubber cut outs. It does appear to be bullet-proof, if a bit heavy.Customer Review: Stronger than Superman!?!

This case is incredibly strong. I think you could almost drive over it with you car and still not break it, not that I am going to try. One thing that I really like is that you can remove 1/2 of one side (2 SD cards)to make room for a thicker USB SD card reader. It would most likely reduce the strength of the case if stepped on, but helpful to be able to carry my card reader since my laptop doesn't have a cardbus slot.
